Dawn Adams

Dawn Adams has extensive experience in technical program management, primarily within cybersecurity and information security domains. At Nordstrom since October 2018, Dawn has held multiple senior positions, including Principal Technical Program Manager in the Cybersecurity & Privacy Office, focusing on program and product management for asset discovery and secure systems. Previous roles include supporting IT Team initiatives in asset management and governance, risk, and compliance. Dawn's earlier experience includes program management at T-Mobile, overseeing infrastructure and automation services, as well as IT project management at Wave Broadband, where responsibilities included managing merger and acquisition projects. Dawn’s career began at Verizon Wireless, excelling in customer service and financial services management. Dawn holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Green River College and the University of Phoenix.
