Jim Hedington is an accomplished executive talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Nordstrom, Jim was instrumental in establishing the company's first in-house Executive Talent Acquisition Team. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions, including Principal Global Executive Recruiter at Starbucks, where recruitment strategies for C-Suite talent were defined. Additionally, Jim contributes to animal welfare and social impact initiatives as a board member for Pasado’s Safe Haven and Pet Partners, and served on the advisory board for Juma Ventures. Jim possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and is a Certified Professional Coach.
