Karoline Dygas

Karoline Dygas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Nordstrom, Dygas previously held the position of Vice President at Starbucks, overseeing a cross-functional team managing a $1.5 billion annual spend in global sourcing and supply chain management. Dygas also has a decade of experience at Walgreens, where responsibilities included managing over $1.2 billion in annual spend and leading significant cost-saving initiatives. Dygas holds an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and an international MBA from ESCP-EAP, along with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
