Michael Switzer

Michael Switzer possesses extensive experience in the food services industry, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Food Services in the MidWest at Nordstrom since September 2007, overseeing 17 Nordstrom restaurants and 17 specialty coffee locations. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Manager at Marshall Field's from June 1995 to August 2007, where duties included maintaining operational standards and enhancing customer experience. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University, completing studies from 1991 to 1995.
