Paul McCallick is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering - Inventory Positioning at Nordstrom since December 2015, Paul has demonstrated expertise in maximizing inventory productivity through data-driven solutions and modernizing logistics capabilities. Previous roles at Nordstrom include Senior Director of Engineering - Supply Chain Operations and Director of Engineering, where Paul led teams to enhance cross-channel customer experiences and deliver personalized product information.
