Phillip Burnett has extensive experience in finance, technology, and operations, currently serving as Director of Finance and HR Tech and Director of Operations Platform Engineering at Nordstrom since November 2014, where support is provided for Database Engineering, Sys Admin, and Platform Engineering teams. Prior to Nordstrom, Phillip held multiple roles at Microsoft from 2000 to 2014, including Test Lead for Bing Rewards and Test Manager for Bing Travel, with a strong focus on increasing efficiencies and implementing testing standards across international teams.
