Terry J Lodes

Terry J Lodes, CCP, GRP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and HR Operations at Nordstrom, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes nearly 17 years at Western Union, where Terry held various leadership roles, notably as Head of Global Total Rewards, HR Technology and People Operations, overseeing enterprise-wide Total Reward programs and managing teams in Executive Compensation, Global Benefits, and HR technology integration. Earlier in the career, Terry worked at First Data Corporation as Director of Compensation Systems and Administration, focusing on global compensation design and performance management. Terry holds a degree from the University of Kansas, earned between 1991 and 1996.
