Vitalij Zagaitov

Vitalij Zagaitov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vitalij started their career as an Intern at IVaks GmbH in 2004 and later interned at MosGas in 2007. In 2008, they had two internships at Airbus and then worked as an Assistant research associate at FZK (Research Center Coast) from 2009 to 2010. Vitalij joined IFA - Institut für Fabrikanlagen und Logistik as an Assistent research associate in 2010. In 2011, they joined Nordzucker AG as a Produktionsingenieur Trainee and was later promoted to Manager of Production and Technology. In 2014, they became the Head of Operations and Projects at Nordzucker AG. In 2015, they became the Geschäftsführer at AZ-Autovermietung.

Vitalij Zagaitov completed their education at Leibniz Universität Hannover. From 2004 to 2011, they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering). Later, from 2009 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Production and Logistics.

Additionally, Vitalij has obtained several certifications. In April 2014, they completed the "Staatlich anerkannter Lehrgang zum Betriebsbeauftragten für Immissionsschutz §7 Nr. 2 der 5.5 BImSchV" course from TÜV Süd. In March 2014, they also became an "Energiemanagement-Beauftragter" through the TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co. KG.

Furthermore, they recently received the certifications of "Certified Six Sigma Black Belt nach ASQ® Standard" and "Certified Six Sigma Green Belt nach ASQ® Standard" from the Six Sigma College Düsseldorf (SSCD) in February 2022.
