Lukas Pfahlsberger is a Co-Founder & Co-CEO of noreja since 2021. Lukas is also a Researcher & Lecturer at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since 2021, where their research focuses on the interrelationship between BPM, in particular Process Mining, and the organizational context in regards to resource-picking, dynamic capabilities, and isomorphism. Lukas was a Researcher & Lecturer at WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Senior Consultant and Consultant at EY in the Advisory Service for Performance Improvement, Data & Analytics, consulting clients in the automotive and manufacturing sector with a special focus on Microsoft technology. From 2013 to 2015, they were an IT System Designer and Business Analyst (Student) at Deutsche Post. Lukas was also a Business Analyst (Student) at Deutsche Post Mobility GmbH in 2015.

Lukas Pfahlsberger obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics - Software Engineering from DHBW Mannheim in 2016. Lukas then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management - Innovation and Technology from German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS) in 2018. In 2020, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Process Management / Process Mining from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Currently, they are pursuing their Dr. rer. pol. in Business Process Management / Process Mining from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Process Mining: Data Science in Action from Coursera in 2020, Python Data Analyst and Python Programmer from DataCamp in 2019, and C_HANAIMP_13 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 (SPS01) from SAP in 2018.
