Rita Costa Duarte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk and compliance management within the real estate investment sector and previous roles in banking. Currently serving as a Risk & Compliance Officer at Norfin since May 2019, Rita has a solid background with Banif Investment Banking as a PMO focused on high-risk issues and board support, as well as a series of managerial positions within Banif that involved user support, service quality, and operational transformation. Rita's early career at LISCONSULT included project management and consultancy, with a focus on quality management and continuous improvement methodologies. Rita holds an MBA from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
