The Directors team at Norfolk Academy comprises a diverse group of leaders responsible for the oversight and management of various critical functions within the school. Their roles range from ensuring campus security, managing student care programs, and leading college counseling efforts to overseeing technological services, aquatics facilities, dining services, and the maintenance of buildings and grounds. This team works collaboratively to support the educational mission, enhance the student experience, uphold the student-led Honor System, and foster strong relationships with alumni and donors.
