Michael Ramos has extensive experience in community affairs and fatherhood programs, currently serving as the Director of Community Affairs at the Norfolk County, MA Sheriff's Office since November 2022. In addition, Michael has been with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since October 2012, taking on roles including Fatherhood Trainer, Correctional Program Officer, and Assistant Director of Community Affairs for the District Attorney. From May 2018 to January 2022, Michael worked as a Fatherhood Initiative Coordinator, managing the Fatherhood Programming Network and supporting various funded programs. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree from Bristol Community College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Lesley University.
