Jeff Bass

Jeff Bass has extensive experience in engineering and project management. Jeff began their career in 1999 as a Project Engineer at Dewberry, where they worked until 2002. Following this, Jeff worked at VHB as a Project Engineer for a year before joining Clark Nexsen as an Associate Senior Civil Engineer from 2003 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Elizabeth River Crossings, OpCo LLC, where they initially served as a Project Manager for two years before becoming the Maintenance Manager. Jeff then worked at the Boy Scouts of America as an ASM Troop 504 from 2010 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Associate Vice President of Facilities at Norfolk Airport Authority since 2016. Overall, Jeff's work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering, project management, and facilities management.

Jeff Bass completed their education from 1991 to 1995 at Woodbridge Senior High School, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 1995 to 1999, Jeff attended Virginia Tech and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering with an environmental option.
