Pamela Jones-Watford Mpa, Mdiv

Pamela Jones-Watford, MPA, MDIV is currently serving as the Federal Program Manager at Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and is also the Senior Pastor at St. Luke AME Church. Prior to this role, Pamela held positions as the Housing Choice Voucher Program Director and Case Management Supervisor at NRHA, as well as an Eligibility Specialist at both NRHA and Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Pamela holds a Master of Divinity degree from Payne Theological Seminary, a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Virginia State University.
