Jim Dicaprio

Jim DiCaprio is an experienced program and operations manager with a comprehensive background in project management, particularly in federal operations and advanced solutions. Currently serving at AVI-SPL since February 2020, Jim has held multiple leadership roles, including Program Manager for the Federal Operations Division and Operations Manager for both the Federal Operations Division and the Federal CRG Division. Prior to AVI-SPL, Jim worked at Conduent Roadside Tolling Group as Maintenance and Operations Director and contributed to significant projects such as the $130 million SEPTA contract. Jim's earlier career includes a notable tenure as National Service Director at Scheidt & Bachmann, where responsibilities encompassed managing service contracts and customer relations across North America. Academic qualifications include education from SUNY Westchester Community College and Yonkers High.
