Latersa Hunter

LaTersa (Trish) Hunter has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as Manager of Customer Logistics at Norfolk Southern Corporation since 2016, where previous roles included Customer Service Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, LaTersa worked as a Flight Attendant at Express Jet from February 2015 to February 2016, ensuring passenger safety and compliance. In 2014, LaTersa was a Dispatch Technician/Project Manager at Birch Communications, responsible for managing order implementations and coordinating with various service delivery departments. LaTersa's career began in 2000 at AT&T as a Customer Service Sales Representative, focusing on building client relationships and resolving customer complaints.
