Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Randal Noe maintains relationships with federal regulatory agencies and advises company management on developing regulatory policies. Previous roles include General Counsel for Markets and Regulation, where responsibilities included managing litigation and regulatory challenges, and General Counsel for Operations, focusing on legal issues across various departments. Randal Noe began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, and holds advanced degrees from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, in addition to a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA from the University of Rochester.
