Maria Skjeltorp

Maria Skjeltorp is an experienced investment associate specializing in renewable energy at Norfund since August 2023, focusing on off-grid, C&I companies, and IPP projects through equity and quasi-equity instruments. Previously, Maria worked as a project manager and VC investment analyst at Gture, and served as a student teaching assistant for the Power System Analysis course at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Additional experience includes roles such as financial officer at NTNUI Kite, summer intern at Holte Consulting, and analyst for Women in Finance NTNU, a student organization promoting finance among female students. Maria began her career with internships in business and hospitality and has a degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management with a focus on Energy and Environment from NTNU, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Hamburg.
