Ashish Saraswat has over 10 years of experience in the field of IT recruitment. Ashish has worked as a Lead US IT Recruitment Consultant at Norgate Technology, as well as at ASB Resources. At both companies, they were responsible for identifying and providing top talent to corporate clients. Prior to this, Ashish worked as a Lead US IT Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager at Orion Business Innovation, where they enabled customers to capitalize on technology in their business. Ashish also gained experience as a Sr. US IT Recruitment & Bench Sales Consultant at Value Consulting and as a Sr. US IT Recruitment Consultant at Endroit Technologies Private Limited.

Ashish Saraswat completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2003 to 2006.
