Pavlina Kristoffersen

Pavlina Kristoffersen has over a decade of experience in finance and management roles, currently serving as a Senior ESG Business Manager - Active Ownership at Norges Bank Investment Management since February 2011, where previously held various senior controlling positions. Prior to this, Pavlina worked as Finance Manager and Project Operations Manager at Creo Development AS, managing finance and administration. Experience also includes a role as Finance Manager at Kitron AS, focusing on financial management and corporate reporting. Early career positions included accountant roles at Akademika and Alliance apotek/Boots apotek, as well as an administrative student assistant position at the Norwegian School of Management. Pavlina holds a Master of Business and Economics in International Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Tourism from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
