Sigurd Brekke

Sigurd Brekke is an experienced communication and external relations professional currently serving as the Head of External Relations and Projects at Norges Bank Investment Management since July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Communication Advisor and Communication Advisor within the same organization, as well as an Advisor at Zynk from August 2019 to July 2021. Sigurd's early experience includes a trainee position at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Permanent Mission to the UN, and a PMO Analyst role at GSMA. Additionally, Sigurd has served as an Assistant Football Coach at Ullern Football Club. Sigurd holds a Master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from Oxford Brookes University. Education was completed at Ullern Videregående Skole from 2009 to 2012.
