Hilde Myrberg

Hilde Myrberg is an experienced board member with a robust background in corporate governance and strategic oversight. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Norges Bank since January 2014, Hilde leads the Compensation Committee for Norway’s foreign exchange reserves and the Government Pension Fund Global. Concurrently, since May 2011, Hilde has been a Non Executive Board Member and Remuneration Committee member at CGG SA, a French seismic and geoscience company. In addition, Hilde has held the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Petoro AS since June 2006, overseeing Norway's direct investments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Previously, from February 2006 to July 2012, Hilde served as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President at Orkla ASA, focusing on governance, compliance, and corporate responsibility. Hilde holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Cand jur degree in Law from the University of Oslo.
