Torkel Fagerli has a diverse career in compliance and leadership, starting from their role as a consultant in the Finansdepartementet, to their current position as Senior Compliance Officer at Norges Bank. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, Fagerli has also served in various roles in the Justisdepartementet and has undergone training at Forsvarets høgskole.
