Leroy Conner

Leroy Conner has extensive experience in banking and community development, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer and Regional Community Development Council Chair at WesBanco since July 2000. In this role, Leroy focuses on sales goals for the South Hills office, overseeing deposit and lending activities for retail and commercial clients. Additionally, Leroy has previously held positions as Assistant Pastor at Second Creek Community Church, Board Member for Rebuilding Together, and Adjunct Professor at West Virginia State Community and Technical College, instructing courses in banking. Leroy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from Concord University, a diploma from West Virginia School of Banking, and a general banking diploma from the American Institute of Banking, alongside earlier education at Spanishburg High School.
