Ragna Bergholt Rom

Ragna Bergholt Rom is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a board member at Scala Eiendom, NorgesGruppen Eiendom Holding AS, Unil AS, and Konsumgruppen. Since February 2014, Ragna has held the position of Juridisk direktør / Group general counsel and has also served as Konsernadvokat and Advokat (secondment) at NorgesGruppen. Prior to these roles, Ragna worked at Advokatfirma Ræder from January 2011 to February 2016, where positions included Advokat, Advokatfullmektig, and Trainee, along with a research fellow role. Ragna also gained experience as a Trainee at Wiersholm in 2010. Ragna holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Oslo, completed between 2005 and 2011.
