Jonathan Jones

Jonathan Jones has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various senior roles in medical affairs and regulatory affairs. Jonathan started their career as a Medical Adviser at Pharmacia, where they gained experience in NICE appraisals and health economics. Jonathan then joined Pfizer, where they worked in roles such as Senior Medical Manager, Medical Team Leader, and Medical Director Speciality Care BU UK. During their time at Pfizer, they successfully integrated the Pfizer and Wyeth organizations and led the strategic review for capabilities development for field-based medical colleagues across Europe. In 2014, they joined Almirall as the Medical Director UK before moving on to Astellas Pharma as the Medical and Regulatory Director. Jonathan then served as the Medical Director Europe at GW Pharmaceuticals plc before joining Astellas Europe as an Interim Medical Affairs Manager. Currently, they are the VP of Medical Affairs at Norgine. Overall, Jonathan Jones has a strong background in medical affairs and has played key leadership roles in several pharmaceutical companies.

Jonathan Jones obtained a Bachelor of Medicine (BM) degree in Medicine from the University of Southampton, which they attended from 1988 to 1993. Jonathan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hult Ashridge from 2005 to 2009.
