Martin Gater began their work experience at Parker Hannifin in 1994 as a Business Analyst until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Practice Manager/Consultant at Whittman-Hart. Martin then moved on to Whitehouse Consultants in 2000, where they served as a Manufacturing and Distribution Consultant and Service Delivery Manager until 2008. Since 2008, Martin has been working at Norgine, initially as the Head of IT Engagement and currently as the Director of IT Operations. In their roles at Norgine, they have been responsible for managing cross-functional and multi-geographic teams, operating expenditure and project budgets, and delivering business/IT projects.
Martin Gater completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from the University of Humberside between 1990 and 1994.
