Nicola McKendrick's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Nicola started working at Your Communications in 1997 as the Head of Marketing, where they led a team of 8 and was responsible for all areas of marketing.

In 2005, they joined United Utilities as a Service & Contact Strategy Manager, where they developed and designed appropriate contact and channel strategies.

Nicola then became a Senior Project Manager & Design Authority, leading a team of project managers and working on various projects for business improvement in the contact center.

In 2009, McKendrick started their own franchise business, which they successfully built and sold in 2011.

Nicola later worked at Wheelabrator Plus, part of the Norican Group, as a Marketing Communications Manager, implementing the international marketing communications strategy.

From 2013 onwards, they joined Norican Group, initially as a Global Digital Manager, leading the development and management of the company's online and digital strategy. Nicola then became a Strategic Projects Director, managing medium and long-term strategic projects.

Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Advocacy at Norican Group, where they are responsible for delivering strategic value and competitive advantage through the CRM system and enhancing customer understanding.

Nicola McKendrick attended Prestatyn High School, where they pursued A Levels in English, French, Maths, and Business. Following their time at Prestatyn High School, Nicola went on to study at The Manchester Metropolitan University. There, they completed a BA (Hons) and a PG Dip in Marketing Management, specializing in Business and Marketing, including French and Spanish.
