Richard Gattringer has held various roles in the Norican Group, starting as Vice President for Engineering, Supply Chain, Aftersales, and Plant Director in China. Richard Gattringer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Richard attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and completed the Global Executive MBA program.
