Steven Pogue

Steven Pogue, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Steven is currently employed at Norican Group as the VP of Human Resources (Americas) since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Director at Norican Group from April 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Norican Group, Steven worked as an HR Director at IMI Precision Engineering from March 2019 to April 2021. Steven also served as the District Head of Human Resources - East at Panalpina from 2011 to 2018. During their career, Steven has worked as a Human Resources Manager at Dawn Food Products and Ingersoll Rand, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Mueller Industries.

Steven Pogue, MBA, has a strong educational background in business and management. Steven completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business/Industrial Management from the University of Mississippi in 2000. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Florida State University in 1997. Steven started their academic journey by obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in Mathematics/Statistics from Pensacola Junior College in 1994.
