Jill Lysne

Jill Lysne serves as the Associate General Counsel at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, a position held since November 2020, where legal services are provided for government contracting, risk, vendor contracting, and general legal matters across various affiliated companies. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC in Contract Administration from January 2013 to November 2020, and held positions including Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Zimney Foster P.C. from May 2009 to September 2012.
