Joval Wettlaufer

JoVal Wettlaufer has extensive experience in both the health and wellness sector and sports officiating. Currently serving as the BlueSquad President and Wellness Advisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since September 2014, JoVal focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture through community fundraising and promoting healthy behaviors through cost-effective programs. In addition to this role, JoVal has been an Official for Varsity Volleyball and Basketball with the North Dakota High School Activities Association since 2007. Prior to current positions, JoVal was the Coordinator of Campus Recreation and Intramurals at North Dakota State University from June 2007 to September 2014. JoVal holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Fitness, both from North Dakota State University.
