Keri Silvernagel

Keri Silvernagel has a diverse work experience across various companies. Keri'smost recent position is as the Director of Product Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since November 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Medica, where they served as the Director of Product Development and Strategy from March 2020 onwards, and Manager of Product Development and Product Management from June 2015 to March 2020. Before joining Medica, Keri worked as a Project Manager Contract at Optum for a brief period in 2015. Keri also served as the Healthcare Practice Director at PowerObjects from July 2014 to February 2015. Keri's earlier experience includes a role as the Manager of Network Management Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2010 to 2014, a Business Analyst Consultant and Operations Manager at HealthPartners from 2007 to 2010, an Events Manager at Minnesota Technology, Inc. from 2006 to 2007, and the Community Programs Manager at American Red Cross of the St. Paul Area from 2003 to 2005.

Keri Silvernagel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they obtained from the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish and International Relations.
