Luther Stueland

Luther Stueland has extensive experience in actuarial services and health policy, currently serving as the Director of Actuarial Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since December 2012. Prior roles include Management positions in Group Underwriting and Health Policy, as well as Director of Health Policy Impact. Luther also served as a Council Member for the City of Moorhead from January 2010 to December 2013 and held managerial roles focused on Health Care Reform Analysis at Noridian Mutual Insurance. Experience includes a System Analyst position at MeritCare Health System and Revenue Analyst at Tharaldson Hospitality Management. Earlier in the career, Luther worked as a Professional Umpire for the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues. Educational background includes attendance at the Association Free Lutheran Bible School from 1990 to 1992.
