Mike Potts has over two decades of experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, where roles have included Strategic Implementation Lead, Vice President of Healthcare Networks, Vice President of Health Innovation and Practice Transformation, and Director of Employer Consulting & Wellness. In these positions, Mike has demonstrated strategic leadership in enhancing company capabilities, managing healthcare provider networks, and overseeing provider payment administration. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Provider Networks. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Mary and a BA in Speech Communications from the University of North Dakota.
