Chris Schulz

Chris Schulz has a diverse work experience in software management and project leadership roles. Currently, they are a Senior Consultant at Norima Consulting Inc., where they manage a web-based retirement savings advisor platform. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Project Lead at Protegra, overseeing a software development team for Payroll and HR services. Chris also served as a Senior Product Manager at Robot Mesh LLC, responsible for curriculum development and user training. Before that, Chris held the position of Product Manager at Cogmation Robotics, leading a team in the launch of the Virtual Robotics Toolkit. Chris gained experience as a Systems Analyst CAD Helpdesk at Smith Carter Architects & Engineers Inc. Additionally, Chris worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Winnipeg, teaching introductory Business Computing concepts to undergraduate students.

Chris Schulz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Business Strategy from The University of Winnipeg, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Computer Science at the same university, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Chris obtained various certifications in project management and agile methodologies. They received a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) in March 2018. They also earned certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD®), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer, and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, all obtained between 2022 and 2023.
