Karen Frasca

Karen Frasca has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Karen is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Norima Consulting Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer from January 2021 to October 2022. Karen also worked at WilsonHCG as a Technical Recruitment Consultant from January 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining IBM and WilsonHCG, Karen held various roles at PeopleScout. Karen worked as the North American Executive Referral Program Lead and D&I Advisor, supporting BMO Canada/US from January 2017 to May 2020. Karen also served as a Sr. Sourcing Specialist at PeopleScout, supporting Morgan Stanley from March 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Sourcing Specialist at PeopleScout, supporting BMO Canada/US from October 2011 to March 2015.
