Michelle Ducasse has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Consultant and Business Analyst at Norima Consulting since September 2016. In this position, they have successfully managed various projects, including the development and implementation of ETL integrations for the IFRS17 project, automation of payment issuance using TyMetrix and ClaimCenter, and processing data extracts from HBM+.
Prior to Norima Consulting, Michelle worked at the University of Winnipeg where they held multiple roles. From August 2012 to August 2016, they worked as an Associate Business Analyst, involved in research, documentation development, system analysis, testing, and quality assurance. Michelle also led a team in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and defined integration requirements for third-party software.
Michelle's earlier roles at the University of Winnipeg include being an Academic Scheduling Coordinator from December 2010 to August 2012, Office Assistant and Research Assistant in the Faculty of Education from 2009 to 2010, and Technology Solutions Support from 2006 to 2008.
Michelle Ducasse has a Diploma in Business Analysis from Red River College Polytechnic. Michelle also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Conflict Resolution and International Development from The University of Winnipeg. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from APMG International in October 2016.
