Kathryn Kurinsky, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Norix Furniture since January 2020, Kathryn previously held the Director of Human Resources position at Simpson Technologies Corporation, overseeing HR for a virtual manufacturing company with offices in Germany and Switzerland. Prior to that, Kathryn was the Director of Human Resources at Coverdell, managing HR functions for a multi-location marketing services firm. With a background as an HR Generalist at Parksite, a healthcare HR Representative at First Health, and a Human Resources Specialist at Moore Corporation, Kathryn has developed a robust skill set in employee relations, recruitment, benefits management, and HR function establishment. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
