Ronald O. has extensive experience in Information Technology, currently serving as Information Technology Manager at Norix Furniture since November 2018, following roles as Senior Information Technology System Engineer, IT Systems Engineer, and Systems Administrator. Prior to this, Ronald worked as an Application Support Specialist at Ceannate Corp. for a brief period in 2018 and held various positions at Stericycle from September 2015 to June 2018, including Identity and Access Management Administrator, focused on application access management and information security. Additional experience includes roles at TEKsystems as an IT Contractor and as a Corporate IT Helpdesk Intern at Novaspect Inc. Ronald is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, while also holding a degree in Computer Information Systems from Harper College.
