Ridmi Ratnayake

Ridmi Ratnayake is a Business Analyst at Norlanka since March 2024 and has concurrently served as a Secretary and Market Research Analyst at Bitzquad, a tech startup, since June 2022. Prior experience includes a Finance Intern role in Subsidiary Finance Operations at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC from October 2023 to March 2024, and a Trainee Financial Analyst position at OrangeHRM for one month in 2023. Involvement with AIESEC Sri Lanka from February 2020 to January 2022 included various leadership and sales roles, such as Local Committee Vice President and Sales Specialist. Ridmi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Business Economics from the University of Colombo (2020-2023) and is pursuing CIMA at Wisdom Business Academy, with earlier education from Rathnavali Balika Vidyalaya Gampaha and Ananda Balika Vidyalaya Colombo 10.
