Izabela Strømsborg

Izabela Strømsborg has been working in the quality assurance industry since 1996. Izabela began their career as a Chemical Technician and Quality Assurance Manager at the Sugar Factory in 1996. Izabela then moved to Biomet Manufacturing and RADIOMETER as a Quality Assurance Manager in 2006 and 2007, respectively. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a SQM&Sourcing Specialist at Welltec. Izabela then served as a QA/RA Coordinator at SP Medical from 2017 to 2018. Izabela Strømsborg is currently employed as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Foss Analytical A/S since 2018, and as a Quality Engineer at Norlase since 2019.

Izabela Strømsborg has a diverse educational background. Izabela began their studies in 1985 at the Technical Chemical School, where they earned a Chemical technician degree. Izabela then continued their studies at the Westpomeranian Business School, earning a Bachelor's degree in Organization and Management in 2003, followed by a Postgraduate study in Quality Management in 2004. Izabela then returned to the Westpomeranian Business School in 2007 to pursue a Postgraduate study in Psychology in Business and Management, and later in 2010, they completed a Postgraduate study in Business/Managerial Economics at the School of Banking. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University in Szczecin in 2016.
