Katrine Meldahl

Katrine Meldahl serves as the Head of Ferries at Norled AS since July 2023, overseeing a department of nearly 500 employees and ensuring the safe and sustainable operations of over 40 ferries. Prior to this role, Katrine Meldahl held several positions at Nordic Unmanned from August 2021 to June 2023, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, contributing to the company’s leadership in unmanned aviation systems. From April 2013 to August 2021, Katrine Meldahl worked at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics as HR Director Norway and in various HR leadership roles. Earlier experience includes HR positions at GE Money Bank AB and advisory roles at KPMG Advisory. Katrine Meldahl holds degrees in Economics, Strategy, Organization, and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and the University of Stavanger.
