Rebecca A. Ross

Rebecca A. Ross serves as the General Counsel at Norlee Group (NLG) since March 2025, bringing significant legal expertise from previous roles, including Senior Counsel at Forgen from November 2022 to March 2025 and Of Counsel at Gunster from November 2020 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Partner at Resnick & Louis, P.C., as well as Attorney at Regan Atwood P.A., and Corporate Legal Counsel at San Juan Construction, Inc. Starting a legal career as an Associate at Polsinelli PC, Rebecca holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master’s Degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Denver, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies/Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida.
