Kathryn Caterina

Kathryn Caterina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract automation. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ontra since September 2018, Kathryn leads initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence and legal expertise to enhance contract workflows. Prior to Ontra, Kathryn founded Caterina Law P.C. and worked as a Senior Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where representation spanned private acquisitions and public offerings in various industries. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Andrews Kurth LLP, focusing on startups and venture capital. Kathryn holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California.
