Michael Sharpe

Michael Sharpe has extensive experience in legal roles focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Currently employed as a Legal Engineer at Norm Ai since May 2025, Michael's previous positions include Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP from December 2022 to April 2025, and Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Michael worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2019 to August 2021 and held various summer associate and intern positions at Skadden and other firms. Michael holds a Master of Laws in Global Business Law and Global Corporate Governance from Sciences Po and a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Kenyon College.
