Osman Javed

Osman Javed is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Norm Ai since May 2025, Osman has previously held the position of VP of Marketing at Galileo, where responsibilities included event marketing and campaign management. Notably, Osman contributed as an Advisor in the First Round Capital's First Hire Program and was the Founding Marketer and Head of Product Marketing at Cresta, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company from Series A to Series C. Additionally, Osman served as an instructor for the Product Marketing Minidegree at CXL, focusing on market and customer segmentation. Osman holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
