Alper Özer

Alper Özer has a diverse work experience in software development and digital transformation projects. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineering Specialist at Norm Digital, leading the digital transformation project for the Norm Group. Alper is responsible for developing a 2-part web application for production tracking and daily machine maintenance modules.

Prior to this, Alper worked as a Software Engineer at HUGO BOSS, where they played a key role in the digital transformation project for the Hugo Boss Swiss factory. Alper developed an application used throughout the product journey in the factory, from entrance to the final state. Alper collaborated with customers, conducted analysis, and developed the application as a full-stack.

Before HUGO BOSS, Alper worked as a Software Development Specialist at VeriPark, where they worked on the First Abu Dhabi Bank project as part of an international team. Alper focused on developing internet banking software using C# programming language and the .NET Framework.

In addition, Alper gained experience as a Product Management Intern at Mobikargo, where they worked on developing an algorithm for optimal carrier and package pairing. Alper also contributed to the effective operation and establishment of interfaces.

Alper started their career as a Software Development Intern at Kolay İK, where they gained experience in manual testing, bug fixing, and Agile project management. Alper used JIRA and Trello applications for product management.
