Aki Suvilahti

Aki Suvilahti serves as the General Manager at Norma Precision AB since March 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Sako Ltd - Part of Beretta Group, where Aki held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Business Unit Director for Cartridges, driving significant growth and crafting effective business strategies. Earlier roles at Sako included Product Manager for Commercial Cartridges, overseeing product renovation and new product development, along with experience as a Project Engineer and a Thesis worker. Aki's career began as the Founder and CEO of TQ-Team Oy, specializing in the translation and desktop publishing of technical documents. Aki holds a Master of Science in Product Development, Industrial Management, and Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in similar fields, both from Aalto University.
