Jon Kempster

Jon Kempster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-executive directorship and audit committee leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair for Synectics plc and Pennant International Group Plc since July 2024, and as Non Executive Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Norman Broadbent Plc since July 2023, Kempster has held significant roles at companies such as Serinus Energy plc and DX (Group) plc.
